When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped on the next business day. So if you order on a Friday your order will go out on Monday. If you order Christmas Day your order would go out on the next business day after the public holidays.

Where/what do you ship and how much is it?

Melbourne Metropolitan Shipping:

What We Ship: We can deliver anything from the website (treats, accessories and raw food).

Local Pick Up: You can pick up your order in store 7 days per week 9am - 6pm.

Shipping Fees: We can deliver to your Melbourne address for a flat fee of $12.99 for orders under $100. Orders over $100 are shipped for free.

Australia Wide Shipping

Shipping for outside of the Melbourne Metropolitan area.

What We Ship: We can deliver treats and accessories only to the rest of Australia (no raw foods).

Shipping Fees: Shipping for Australian orders is a flat fee of $12.99 for orders under $100.

Orders over $100 are free shipping.

Worldwide Shipping

What We Ship: We can only deliver treats outside of Australia.

Shipping Fees: Shipping on orders outside of Australia is $30 flat fee. Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping on orders outside of Australia.
